Lozica is located along the Adriatic Highway, west of the Franjo Tuđman Bridge, and is considered one of Dubrovnik's most prestigious residential areas. The settlement stretches along the rocky coast, offering spectacular views of the Elaphiti Islands and the port of Gruž. Many of the luxury villas have private beach sections and docks. Despite its proximity to bustling Dubrovnik, Lozica has maintained a quiet and private atmosphere. There are no large hotels, which emphasizes the exclusivity. The steep slopes above the town are covered with Mediterranean macchia. For travelers, Lozica is a good stop to admire the bridge's architecture or dine in one of the upscale seaside restaurants. The connection to Dubrovnik's Old Town (approx. 6 km) is excellent.
