The bridge is situated at the edge of Murchison Falls National Park, and travellers are often treated to sightings of wildlife, particularly baboons that frequent the area. Since the bridge is constantly in use, it is visible at any time. The best time for a quick stop is morning or late afternoon when fewer trucks are travelling.
