Öregrund is a gem on the Roslagen coast, located north of Stockholm. As one of the few towns on the Swedish east coast, it gives the rare sight of the sun setting directly into the sea. The town is famous for its well-preserved wooden buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries, which give the place an incomparable charm. In summer, the quiet town transforms into a lively sailing center with numerous boats in the harbor and a festive atmosphere. A highlight for bathers is Tallparksbadet.
