San Vicente is home to the spectacular 'Long Beach', which stretches for an impressive 14 kilometers. Unlike the busy neighboring towns, you will find vast, deserted sections here that are handy for long walks and complete relaxation. The beach is divided into several sectors, and nature remains largely untouched. There are few large resorts, highlighting the rustic charm of the region. Besides the endless beach, San Vicente has access to smaller islands and coral reefs that are excellent for diving and snorkeling. A popular viewpoint is 'Bato ni Ningning', offering a panoramic view over the coastline. The local cuisine focuses on simple but delicious seafood dishes, often served directly on the beach in small family-run establishments. Thanks to its own airport (SWC), access has become significantly more comfortable, although many travelers still choose the land route from Puerto Princesa. The best time to visit is the dry season from November to May. San Vicente is the destination for pioneers who want to experience one of Southeast Asia's last 'secret' beaches before major development begins.
