Characterized mostly by its striking bright white houses beautifully set against the highly lush green mountainside, the scenic village deeply overlooks the deep blue waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. This completely pristine natural beach easily has incredibly clear, deeply inviting sea waters, making it an absolutely fantastic coastal spot for excellent snorkeling, safe swimming, and true relaxation. Furthermore, the very constant coastal breezes along this particular side of Elba consistently make the coastal waters off Chiessi a highly sought-after premium destination for windsurfing. Though quite small, the traditional village deeply provides a very warm, highly welcoming seaside atmosphere with true local Italian hospitality.
