Duće stretches along the coast between Split and Omiš, comprising a series of smaller hamlets. The unique selling point of this location is its natural sandy beaches, created by deposits from the Cetina River over thousands of years. The shallow, crystal-clear water makes Duće one of the most popular destinations for families with young children in all of Dalmatia. The coastal road separates modern apartment buildings from the sea while providing excellent connections to nearby urban centers. Above the modern coastal strip lies the old village of Staro Duće at the foot of Mount Mosor. Here, visitors find traditional stone houses offering insight into the rural life of past centuries. Gastronomy in Duće is defined by seafood and the local dish Soparnik, a savory chard pie from the Poljica hinterland. Adventurers take advantage of the proximity to Omiš for rafting on the Cetina River or free climbing on the steep limestone cliffs.
