Visiting
The Legislative Council Complex is Hong Kong's parliament building and is partially open to the public. Visitors can enter the public galleries during sessions. Advance registration is usually required.
Typical hours
The visitor center and galleries are typically open on sitting days, roughly from 8:00 to 18:00. On non-sitting days access may be restricted. Exact dates are available on the LegCo website.

Photography is not allowed in the public galleries during sessions out of respect for the dignity of the house. In the visitor center and outside, photos are permitted. The modern architecture has good subjects.
