Agkonas is a welcoming village built amphitheatrically on the slopes of Mount Nyfi on the island of Kefalonia. It is celebrated for its traditional architecture, whitewashed houses, and animated gardens. The location has some of the most spectacular vistas on the island, particularly at sunset over the deep blue waters of the Ionian Sea. A short drive downhill leads to Agia Kiriaki Beach, a beautiful stretch of white pebbles and crystal-clear waters.
