Sabah Al-Salem is a large suburb in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate of Kuwait. Named after the twelfth Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah III Al-Salim Al-Sabah, it is a well-established residential area. The area is characterized by a clear grid street layout and a mix of villas and apartment buildings. Sabah Al-Salem is an important residential location for Kuwaiti citizens and is home to a variety of public services, including numerous schools, a police station, and a large hospital, the Sabah Al-Salem Medical Center. The area is also known for its many mosques, located in each block. Although primarily a residential area, there are also commercial areas with shops and restaurants. Its strategic location between the 6th Ring Road and the Fahaheel Expressway provides good transport links to the rest of the country.
