The area is predominantly inhabited by Kuwaiti citizens and has a strong community atmosphere. Sabahiya is divided into several residential blocks, each with basic amenities such as a local cooperative society and a mosque. The neighborhood is known for its numerous public gardens and green spaces, which provide residents with places for recreation and relaxation.
