Weather…

Lumbini Park is a prominent urban park in Hyderabad, situated on the banks of Hussain Sagar Lake and established in 1994. It is named after the birthplace of Gautama Buddha in Nepal, reflecting the cultural and spiritual heritage of the region. The park is best known for its advanced multimedia laser shows and its ferry services that take visitors to the monolithic Buddha statue located on Rock of Gibraltar island in the lake's center. Spanning roughly 7.5 acres (3 hectares), the park features meticulously maintained gardens, artificial waterfalls, and rhythmic musical fountains. In 2007, the park was the site of a tragic terrorist bombing, which subsequently led to the installation of high-level security protocols. Despite this history, it remains a vital recreational hub for both locals and tourists, located directly opposite the Telangana State Secretariat building.
