Weather…

Tai Kwun, which translates to 'Big Station,' is a world-class center for heritage and arts located in the heart of Hong Kong's Central District. The site occupies the restored compound of the former Central Police Station, the Central Magistracy, and the historic Victoria Prison. Comprising 16 heritage buildings, the complex served as the bedrock of the city's legal and law enforcement system for nearly 170 years. Reopened in 2018, it now seamlessly blends colonial-era brick architecture with modern galleries designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Visitors can explore preserved prison cells, attend avant-garde art exhibitions, or enjoy the lively atmosphere of the parade ground, which has become a premier social and cultural hub in the city.
