Sasheva mogila

Sasheva Mogila is a highly significant archaeological site situated near the town of Shipka in central Bulgaria, forming a vital part of the renowned Valley of the Thracian Rulers. Discovered by a team of archaeologists in the late 20th century, this ancient mound conceals a remarkably well-preserved Thracian tomb that dates back to the Hellenistic period, approximately the 3rd to 2nd century BC.
