Sodruzhestvo aktiorov Taganki

The "Sodruzhestvo Akterov Taganki" (Commonwealth of Taganka Actors) is a prominent drama theatre located on Taganka Square in Moscow. Established in 1993, the theatre emerged from a famous schism within the original Taganka Theatre company, led by the renowned actor and director Nikolai Gubenko. The newly formed troupe took up residence in the newer, modern red-brick building of the theatre complex, striving to preserve the classic traditions of Russian psychological theatre while developing its own distinct artistic voice.
