Lagny-sur-Marne is an easy on the eye town in the Seine-et-Marne department, known for its deep historical roots and scenic riverfront location. The town’s history began in the 7th century with the foundation of a Benedictine abbey by Saint Fursey, which became a major religious hub during the Middle Ages.
